What the price includes

- Parts from the brand or its US dealer; for newer brands we confirm the part exists before you pay for anything more than the diagnostic.
- 30-day warranty on our work, 90 days on the parts we fit.
Before we pick it up
- Ride or leave it at about half charge. Do not charge it to full the night before.
- Send the charger and tell us the exact model and the battery version.

Which other brands do you repair?
Extreme Bull Commander, Commander Pro, Commander Mini and Griffin; Nosfet Apex, Aero and Aeon; and older Ninebot One Z and Rockwheel wheels that cost about $1,000 or more new.
Can you get parts for newer brands?
Most of the time, through the brand or its US dealer. If a part does not exist yet, we tell you after the diagnostic, before any repair cost.
What if it is not worth repairing?
If you say no to the quote, the $145 covers the pickup, the diagnostic and bringing the wheel back, and that is all you pay.
